Refund/Return Policy
Goods can be returned under certain conditions:
- Purchases must be returned in new and unused condition with the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Only items in stock colors can be returned – custom colors are non-returnable.
- No items with custom features, options or graphics are eligible for return.
- Pre-approval and authorization by the manufacturer are required prior to return.
All returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Outbound freight costs are non-refundable.
Return freight will be arranged by the manufacturer, and customer is responsible for return freight costs which will be deducted from the refund.
