Not only are all Securr medical waste containers made from corrosion-resistant, galvannealed, heavy-duty steel, but they feature a “chute”-type loading door that ensures all contents are secure and cannot be removed unless the service door is unlocked.
Offering the same corrosion inhibiting properties as hot-dipped galvanized steel, galvannealed steel is a cold-rolled steel with a galvanized coating. This gives the steel the advantage of offering excellent adherence of powder coated finishes. Meanwhile, the loading chute is lined with stainless steel while the heavy-gauge steel enclosure inside is a regulated medical waste liner with a lid that can be removed and transported. The liner in each of the medical waste containers offers a 38 gallon capacity. Each of the medical waste containers is backed by a one-year warranty.
